I have not used my account in a while due to nothing ever working correctly. I just got on to create some clips from my podcast and the clip that it generated did not highlight some important parts. I clicked the words to add, and instead of “highlight” it now says “add to clip”. When I click to add the content to the clip, it doesn’t add any of it. I can’t create a clip when it won’t even make sense due to the sentence before not being in the clip. While I appreciate that Flowjin continues to try improving the service, everyone I get on here, there’s something that doesn’t work. I’m starting to question whether I spoiled even continue with Flowjin. I haven’t looked, but there have to be other clip generation websites out there.

I have a project at https://www.flowjin.com/studio/100079 which I'm basically happy with. When I play the preview there, I can hear the speaker "Stephanie" say the final sentence "It doesn't make me want, like, a 'Woman's math.'" I've generated a 720p clip of the project at https://www.flowjin.com/app/project/71265 and when I download the mp4 file, the end of the clip is cut off. You can hear Stephanie say "It doesn't make me want, like" and then ends there, with the last 3 words missing.

While working on my project at https://www.flowjin.com/studio/100079 at some point the words "know, know, know, " got stuck at the front of the caption, no matter where I am in the Video. If I scroll around in the video, the captions always say "Know, know, know, " followed by the actual captions. See screenshots for examples.

Even though the transcription correctly identifies which speaker is speaking, the generated video sometimes highlights the wrong person as speaking. I've attached a screenshot of the problem happening in https://www.flowjin.com/studio/100079 At the moment captured in the screenshot, the word "wasn't" is being spoken. As can be seen in the transcript in the left, the word "wasn't" in pink is part of Stephanie's dialogue. However, as you can see on the video preview on the right, there's a white glow-ring around Nebu, implying that he is the one who is speaking. Most of the time during the video, the correct circle is highlighted, but it highlights the wrong ones sometimes here and there.

I find https://vizard.ai/ 's user interface for editing transcripts much easier to use than Flowjin (although I still love Flowjin overall for being able to identify distinct speakers). In Flowjin's UI, you see the text of the transcript, and if you want to delete a word, you select the word with your mouse cursor, click on the word, wait for the pop up menu to appear, then click "Clear Highlight". In Vizard's UI, you have a vertical bar that acts as a cursor in a text field (like a traditional word processor). The cursor can only appear between words (as opposed to in a traditional word processor where it can appear within a word, but between letters). Pressing the backspace key "deletes" (clears the highlight) of the word to the left of the cursor. Pressing the delete key clears the highlight of the word to the right of the cursor. The arrow keys can be used to move the cursor around the transcript. I find Vizard's UI lets me make edits to the transcript much faster than Flowjin's UI.

I love this product and it's been super helpful! One thing that would make my workflow even more efficient is the ability to have auto-downloaded Spaces either sent to my email inbox as an attachment on the notification, or automatically uploaded to various cloud storage platforms. I collaborate with other team members and external partners by sending our Spaces to them, so this would automate a frequent step in my process and I'm sure would be very helpful for others as well. It occurs to me that this might also allow Flowjin to then place an expiration date on saved user files, encouraging them to save files to their own storage, and save on server costs for Flowjin.

Ability to import custom fonts

There is no easy way for teams to create processes for organizing what their plans are for each desired clip. I find this one small add would be useful and better the experience.
