Hi Daniel,
We apologize for any inconvenience. Could you please send us the clip URL that ends with /studio/? This will help us investigate and resolve the issue more efficiently.
In the meantime, you can customize the speaker details by following these steps:
1) In the studio, click on the "Layout" menu in the sidebar.
2) Under the "Manage Speaker Display" section, you will find all detected speakers.
3) Click on each speaker to update their picture, full name, role, and Twitter handle. To verify the speaker by sound, you can listen to the audio on the top right of the opened window.
Thank you

Farzin Fadamin I feel like you misunderstood the problem Daniel mentioned. I don't think they mean "edit the speaker" in the sense of change the full name or picture associated with the identified speaker. I think they mean that the AI incorrectly identified the wrong speaker.
So for example, I might have an audio recording with two speakers named "Alice" and "Bob". The AI correctly identifies that there are two speakers, and assigns various parts of the transcript to speaker A and speaker B, and I can easily change speaker A's full name to "Alice" and set their profile picture, and similar for setting speaker B to "Bob".
However, at some part in the transcript, Bob says something, but the AI incorrectly associated this with speaker A, "Alice". I need a way to edit the transcript so that this part of the audio file is associated with Bob instead of Alice, so that the correct profile icon highlights in the visual template during this part of the video.
This happened to me in https://www.flowjin.com/studio/100079 for example. I've attached a screenshot. The word "Right" here was spoken by "Stephanie", not "Nebu Pookins".

Nebu Pookins: Thank you for clarification, we're working on this to make speaker detection more accurate soon.
